I hope to be able to put up a post in a couple of days. I'm thinking of describing what happens to the group between my post and Jehezekel's post and then possibly describing the start of the main battle (assuming there still is one).

I've been working on a post, but I'm not quite sure what to do with the main battle. I might just leave that open.

What forces are involved? Does the Hand have any particular plan on how it wants to attack the heroes? Also, is the group likely to split up in an attempt to protect the Castle, stop Dark Jet's army (assuming they are involved in the attack), and investigate the explosion?

I wouldn't expect him to be doing much in the story.

Well then I can still make what I had planned work, just no one finish any major battles they start, and try not to muck around the castle for some reason...

Where'd everyone on irc go?

At the moment, what I'm thinking of doing with the battle is this:
Dark Jet's army will ambush the heroes and attempt to distract and pin them down. The members of the Hand will attempt to use the distraction to kill several of the heroes. The guards will, as had been mentioned earlier, have been diverted to the Castle.

You referring to the heroes specifically or are you including the army (which probably would have some people attacking the outside of the castle given its strategic interest)?

Mainly the heroes, but it'd be good if there weren't too many guards around. My post takes place right after the start of the battle, focusing on the castle area.

Edit: Alright, it looks like the end of Selax's post brought the start of the major fight in Cademia, giving me the perfect moment to post. It's not done at the moment though, and I won't be able to try and finish it until after Friday.

I'm now officially caught up in Dark Mirror! I was beginning to think it wasn't possible. Can someone explain to me the fight that Selax just started? Is this the beginning of the attack on Cademia that Ragnarok has detailed in his future posts and are these Creon and his men (from Dark Jet's posts) leading the attack against the heroes?

I hope to post soon, probably after Two Jacks, now that good Wizard is finally back with the group, and evil Wizard should have something to do.

I should probably mention here - for all to see- that I'm "rejoining" the TS. I'm in the process of working through the ambush, but I know Selax has a plan for what happens near the end.

Ideally I'll be able to get through the first set of drafts today and let whoever is on IRC know about the wave before I disappear for most, if not all of friday.

Wrapping up my post. Questions:

- Is Creon with the ambushing soldiers?

- Are basically all the "good guys" being ambushed?

I'm going to go read again but I think Yomu is still off on his own, Beorn is clearly not with them, and Avatara and K are still with the Assassins. So the roster looks like Wizard, Selax, Kat, Andru, Shanadar, Silverfish, and Talos. Again I'm going to re-read before posting but if I messed something up here lemme know.

P.S. If you're reading this I'm probably on the irc right now if you want to talk about what's being written. Post picks up with the ambush right where Selax's last one leaves off.

Haha! At least I can't take any blame in that -- er. . . oh yeah.

Anyways, Two Jacks is still working on his post. I think he and I will be corroborating on what's left of it, and hopefully it will be up before too much longer, another day or two at the most I imagine.

Only been in development for what seems like half a year, but it's done. Phew, hope you guys enjoy all 5,778 words of that.

I believe Wizard will be writing what happens next in regard to the judge's estate.
