Well, I think I was supposed to set up a confrontation with the golem a little more, but I need to go to bed and I'm pretty sure Tyrael and Selax are going to die of frustration if I put off my post any longer, so there it is

Hey guys, it's been a while I think.
So I lost internet acess at my house so I really don't know how often I'll have access to the forums. I'm also in the middle of moving/other crap so that also plays into things.
Just thought I should let you all know and make a few comments on what's been going on the story.
First off, good job with the golem thus far, it's been a pretty entertaining fight (I think the best one I've seens so far in any TS, like not generic and junk), don't forget about the signifgance of what ven the golem's existence could mean... Also, it's be pretty helpful to my strings if the golem took out some enemy forces, for example some reinforcements sent to cademia? Just sayin' Do what you want in the end but never forget the possibilities anything can have in a story, and how it could affect other stories within a story!
As for Yomu, he's gone underground for the time being, maybe doing a little soul searching or something, I'm sure I'll get around to writing it up when it seems appropriate to have it in the story, poor guy.
As for Firecat, he can't be linked back to the golem without Yomu so if someone were to try and pin this on him they'd have a pretty hard time and couldn't really prove anything. When I'm not around he should stay in his current role of psychic cell phone tower.

I was writing a post, but then the Queen of Blades launched an all-out assault. I might have something later this weekend, depending on if we're able to reestablish a connection to the Vermillion Holonet.

I am not sure that I chose the best continuation to the golem fight, but the TS seemed in need of some activity so I went ahead and posted. If anyone has complaints or suggestions as to how to improve the post, please feel free to voice them.
Rapierian's attack might seem a bit overpowered given the success of the other attacks, but he has drained all of his magic (and nearly knocked himself out) in the process. Thus, he will be unable to repeat it, although his knowledge of such creatures might still be useful.

My apologies for my much-belated response: school has been making my life extremely difficult lately.
Honestly, there are a number of things that I want to do the night of day 8, but my time is limited enough that I'm not sure that I'll be able to do them. However, I would at least like to explain what the group does the rest of day 8 before skipping right to the next morning. I think that I can get a post up in the next couple of days (i.e. today or tomorrow) if everyone is okay waiting that long.

The story currently stands at almost 128,000 words, or 337 pages in Pages with a 12pt font.
Of those 128,000, the first 50 posts were ~25,000 words, the second 50 posts were ~60,000 words, and the last 34 posts comprised ~45,000 words. (I knew it felt like posts we getting longer and longer!)
