Manta laughs as everthing does no damage to him thanks to his automatic stasis suit. The stasis turns off after Jaca's blowtorch leaves Manta. Manta thinks that must have hurt wolfman so manta calls an ambulance.
Later Manta gets a phone call from Pufer's lawyer about buying this nice little Bistro tha Manta convientally bought a few years ago. Manta says he will never sell.

Wolfman tells Boris that there are other, more productive ways to channel his anger than taking it out on him (wolfman). He suggests anger management.
He also apologizes and says that he did not know that Boris was having a s###ty day, and that he (wolfman) has had a pretty s###ty week. Wolfman sympathizes as well as one can when one is being shot at.
As a side note, Wolfman remembers that this is an italian bistro (omega sixty) and orders the chicken fettucine.
As another side note, Wolfman thanks Manta for all the help he's given him. He says that anytime Manta needs any help, he'll be there for him.

Manta walks back in unhurt, unphased, and still unwilling to sell. Manta's security forces storm in and drag out Pufer and his cronies to a top secret location for "negoations". Manta then orders a round of drinks for everyone in the bistro and puts the payment on his tab before promptly locking down his tab so it won't be misused.

Wolfman sidles up to Pufer and whispers very politely and quietly that "cronies" does not have an "h". "Chron" means time.

Manta's stasis survival suit tries to kick on, but is inhibited by the stasis, anti stasis cage around him so the suit kicks into secondary survaval mode and teleports Manta outside the cage where Manta throws a stasis field over the nuke.
Manta then sends three bottles of good Russian vodka to Wolfman.
