Okay! I'm tired and ratty! I am chatting wildly! And insulting frequently! I suggest you only respond to my tirade if you are also tired beyond logical thought!

The entire point of this topic is for me to take out some of the pent up anger that i have gathered during the day.

Firstly: Jamin: Piss off. We are not here to entertain you, we are not heat fu€k;ng magazine.
I'm sorry we don't meet your high literary standards, but frankly it is not our job to stave off your fits of boredom/masturbation/whateverfuc%ingactivityyoupartakeinwhilebored. So don't tell us how to act on our home board.

Avatara, Zotrium and Hamster you have taken up the worst qualities of TAC because of your constant tirading against him.

Anax, you actually seem to think about what you are posting. I respect that.

TAC, when posting becomes a direct relay you suggest IRC and that is cool. The people who say you are "spamming" would never suggest such a thing. That is why they are hypochrits.
Just try to stop picking apart the server and having your little outbursts.

Sundered Angel and Laguna... Go Away. Your not contributing in anyway to this board and are instead constricting it like a python to the kneck.
Piss off before you kill it off altogether.
Nothing can be posted without being tampered with, nothing can be let to drift along its casual route to obscurity. Hell you wouldn't even let me give a post its conclusion.

-Ankhwatcher, soon to banned.

P.S. to those i left out... i hate you too, I just couldn't think of any reasons. (makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside doesn't it)

I hope you realize that you (ankh), TAC, and anex (and on top of that hamster and barth, but to a lesser extent) came out of nowhere and started posting a significant amount of the crap on this board. I'm not saying I don't, though I'm taking steps to cut back on it. But you're not exactly Mrs. Innocent Angel* either.

What's even more odd is you're attempting to flame Laguna because he locked a topic where people were posting pictures of other people barfing. I don't know about you, but most people don't find that humorous or in good taste.

Not much to add to what Av said, except that you seem to have an inflated opinion of both your own posting habits and how much ATT is "your" board.

Oh, and please spell my name right.

It's not a matter of when you joined... its how you spend you time that really makes the difference.
You must differenciate between those who participate and those who reiterate!
Before last week I had never read the name Jamin being mentioned on this board! I don't care when he joined.
Avatara is a native of this board. He has spent much time treading the boards. I just think he devotes to much energy to flaming TAC.
Zort may have joined a long time ago but he has only been on this board a few months, and time has spent here has been mainly devoted to being Avatara's bitch.

}Still waiting for that lock{

No, I came out of the EVN boards... we've been through this.

It's not the blocking of barthing that has annoyed me, its the flippin micromanagement! It's the way we now have a topic which is about the fact that the majority of our topics are locked.
You can only have a discussion on this board for about 3 days tops, because then it gets locked for no reason.

Ok, that comment irritates me. Firstly, just because I was on hiatus from ATT for awhile does NOT mean that I just stumbled across ATT a few months. I was very active, indeed more active than I am now, awhile ago and I can point you to some very old topics I posted extensively in if you need proof. Most of my fondness for ATT is a relic from that time, not what I've posted here these last few months.

As for "being Avatara's bitch", unless you provide something substantial to back that up, I see no reason to respond.

And, lastly, some of us do recognize Jamin, for instance. Not everyone who shows up here was never a part of ATT, and just because they left for whatever reason does NOT make them any less a part of it if they decide to return. I just wish you wouldn't be so damn pretentious about ATT's history. Compared to many of us, you're the new guy, and you're acting very ignorant of a lot of ATT history you know nothing of.

First, read this.

Second, ignoring all your pointless incendiary nonsense, it has to be said that everything that was locked was a 'discussion' in only the loosest possible sense of the word.

Feel free to point me in the direction of some actual valid topics that have been cut off in their prime, but otherwise, bear in mind that this is a moderated board and will be treated as such.

Aye, after reflecting on the spam I've spit out here, I'm going to lurk for a bit before jumping back in. While it's tempting to crusade against anything you don't think is right (See: The English Crusades), you don't always know the other side of the story. Waiting and listening is an excellent way to hear the other side of the story.

Laguna: I apologize for the regurgitative image, you must remember I'm coming from the B&B. ;) But 20% warn level? :P

Not really, it's just that my main complaint against our moderators is that they act like darleks:
EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!

Instead of actually taking part, Laguna however has decided to put forward his/her opinion. Hence congradulations are in order.

Or maybe ATT has just been so dull that the mods are not interested in participating, and thus ought to be commended for continuing their duties as moderators.

Lets look at the last three.

Topic: I have been here for a year sans four days now:

Sundered Angel, on Dec 14 2005, 05:37 PM, said:

On that note, this topic is now locked.View Post

At the point of this locking, the discussion was solely about spamming owl pictures and a threat to bring in another person so two people could spam posts about Storm. Quite far off the original topic and not really contributing anything productive.

Topic: Well done Arse!

Sundered Angel, on Dec 16 2005, 05:34 PM, said:

Are you aware of the expression "whomever invokes the Nazis first, loses the argument"? Well, you invoked the Nazis.
View Post

Original topic: Ares had more downloads than other games on an unnamed game downloading site.
Final topic: This is kinda hard to figure out a generic topic, but the posts following the opening consisted of "No, TAC is [the funniest word ever]", "My arse did do well.", and "You and barth go together like Nazis and Zionists.". I'm struggling to find a worthwhile sensible discussion there, especially since only three out of the first four posts can be remotely argued to be anywhere near on-topic.

Original topic: A topic trolling the B&B by replying to topics over there way over here in ATT, such as being able to breathe simultaneously out of the mouth and nose and identifying forumers solely by their avatars.
After an incredible number of topic changes, the final topic landed on a shallow discussion of Alice in Chains, largely consisting of one line replies such as "true" and "awesome". Had there been a bit more depth, and a bit less spam, this one might vaguely be arguably have been locked unjustly.

As far as I can see, at least two of the above lockings were justified.
