To get on the meters good side, the Chipmunk goes over to them, and puts in a lot of coins and money, then polishes them. In gratitude, the Parking Meters join the Alliance.

the alliance has no choice but to defend it's beloved city: beautiful and unpaved roads that just can't be given up without a fight. For the sake of the SUVs and mountain bikes with shock absorbers, and the perfectly-polished parking meters, such a city must be saved! The allience prepares to stop the commandos...

But then they puke them up, as the Uzbekistani commandos were carrying a virus that makes parking meters puke, but doesn't harm humans. The commandos take their clothing to a dry cleaner to get rid of the smell.

However, the lizards, chickmunks, and sharks have a different plan. They immediately take up arms and raid the cleaners, charging across the beautiful unpaved roads and killing or capturing most of the commandos. The alliance then repairs the parking meters to once again receive the precious coins. The commandos taken prisoners are then taken to a top-security prison and beaten for their sins against the alliance, proceeded by a life-ling prison sentence.

The Uzbekistanni Commands and the Philosopher Squad wonder why they are fighting against themselves, since they are both Anti-Lizard. They make their own alliance, the Leage of Road-Pavers (LRP).

The LRP's first task is to capture the German Porno Movie studio, a favorite hangout of the shark. Sucessfully, they storm the Studio and destroy all the porn.

Needless to say, the Lizard and his allies are pissed off
