RANDOM POLL: Do you think college students should devote their lives entirely to their studies? Or do you think they should have lives outside of studying even during their school-years? (Sely's professors obviously think A is the correct answer. Personally, I lean toward B.)
Anyway, DF said exactly what needs to be done. One of us needs to morph into a writing bug and bite him. Sounds pretty simple. Does anyone know how to morph into figurative insects? Tyry, you're awfully quick to declare that I failed. All I did was express admiration for his past skills, I didn't even mention that he should come back (which wasn't my goal anyway, though since you express support of it, maybe it should be).

And the answer to your question is definitely B.

I guess you could be a writing pony instead. He might not see that one coming.

(Man, trying to clarify whether it is an alternate or an original doing something is proving to be a real pain.)

Regarding the activity level, my philosophy back then was that it was better to keep the TS active and to force it along if necessary rather than to let it stagnate. Hence, if no one else posted for three days, I considered it acceptable to double post. Plus, I used to actually have time to do that sort of thing. I could try sustaining that level of activity during the summer, but I think somebody (probably Avatara) would snap and try to murder me for mangling the plot and the characters.
On the poll, it's not like one's professors really care about one's opinions in this sort of area. Hence, A is the only real option .
Also, 453 thinks I'm polite? Evidently, I'll have to raise her warn level...

In any event, I still think that you'd snap and try to kill me for mangling the plot and the characters .

Maybe if BMW claps and cheers hard enough we'll see a new post in OoR.

Take a minute to think what a shame it would be if this story is never completed. I think more effort was put into DM/OoR than any other TS to date, it would almost be wasted if the story isn't finished.

I plan to post again quite soon. Hopefully, I'll get around to finally giving the backstory behind the TS.

Here you were worried about portraying Kat correctly, and you nailed the one thing that made me go cold
