Glad to hear you're still alive, TJ. A number of us were beginning to think that 453 had killed you and dumped your body in a ditch somewhere.

Wait, don't you have schoolwork to keep up with until sometime next century?

If nobody else has a post, I have a small (by average standards) one I can put up later in the week.

Well, I have an idea on how to proceed with the story in Cythera, although I'm not sure how to proceed in alt-Cythera.

I'm still considering removing most of the relatively less active characters in Cythera, but I'm reluctant to do so without any feedback.

So you want to remove the characters whose writers have disappeared, but you won't do that unless the writers reappear?

I'd say just ignore all the abandoned characters, if their people return they can catchup.

After a long delay, the information at the front of the topic has finally been filled in.

I don't have actual separate bios or mini-bios for Beorn and alt-Rapierian, and I've forgotten how much about Beorn is public knowledge, so I left him mostly blank.

I don't really have anything to contribute, I'm just preventing this topic from falling off the front page.

I don't really have anything to contribute, I just thought I'd say that my filter options are a more realistic way to deal with the forums these days: "Click here to show filter options" → Time frame: "Show All" & Remember Filters → Go

Well, I'd like to claim I'm planning a post...but, with two tests in the next few weeks, I'm not, so I can't. I might be able to post over Thanksgiving Break or something though.

Any suggestions on how to proceed when the TS does become active again?

Well, it's been over three months since the last TS post, but we've made it four months before between 16th April & 19th August 2012. I'm pretty sure this is the second longest silence since the start of Dark Mirror. You just may break the record, if we can't expect another post until Thanksgiving.

If you can, Selax, try to think of a non-combat challenge to face. After looking through some of the recent stories, it seems every time nobody has a solid plan, the fallback is to have random combat with random expendable enemies, and that's somewhat unoriginal now.

I am planning a post some time, but it'll take a while - since you forced a dialogue-heavy follow-up to your last post. :P However, by popular demand, I've got another writing project to finish up first.

P.S. Ambrosia was down for three hours today. I wonder when they'll finally stop bothering to bring it back up?

I am so popular :D

Ambrosia was down for three hours yesterday? That's weird, I was searching for old Pelagon posts on-and-off all day, and I never noticed anything. I'm glad it's back now :\

I suppose I could've also said "100% of respondents thought..."

And it was. I was right in the middle of posting to this very topic and suddenly Ambrosia was gone. Which was a little scary, suddenly being unable to reach anybody in the middle of trying to reach people. It would've been a bit sad too, I've only pulled down four of the stories (and hadn't made it to DM/OoR yet). It'll be a shame if we end on an unfinished note.

I saw someone else was back, but you've already tried unsuccessfully to pull him in. Which sucks doubly because he'd write a lot, write a bunch of crazy fun stuff (looked back at Shadow Games?), and when he left he left behind a GIANT UNRESOLVED PLOT THREAD. Maybe it'll make chron material someday.

Also, Selax is constantly busy with school now, but once upon a time...

I feel like we should set up a mailing list in the event that Ambrosia goes down unexpectedly and we no longer have a way to contact everyone else.

Remember Tyry, I've already got copies off all the TSes. It may not be in a convenient format for you, but it will be better than nothing if the forums suddenly disappear.

I've wondered many times if Desert Fox and Ragnar0k are secretly the same person.

The image you posted - is that marking who posted in a story?

It's marking who posted the last few posts of Witch Hunt. Shadow Games looks kinda similar. :)
