I've introduced Yomu's hidden power, and given the group a means reaching the exit. If they keep their current path they shouldn't run into the basilisk, but if they do it can't die.
And who knows maybe Chrysothemis will remember that name she heard..

I'm not quite sure what to have happen next, but I'll try to think of something.

I really try to focus on Wizard's weakness in battle, but, being that Avatara and Selax's character Selax are no longer in most of the stories, there are gradually more responsibilities that Wizard has to fulfill as temporary "leader" of the group. That's not my intention, though. I would like to still have Wizard be weak in battles, and have a balance of leadership between all of our characters. Any thoughts on this and/or Wizard's powers?
I might have him collapse from exhaustion in my next post.

I don't think our party should be able to destroy the terminator, insted I'd like to see him thrown into time. Yomu does have a fairly large chunk of quartz with him...

Personally, I'd prefer to find a way to destroy the terminator, but I'll leave that to the decision of others . Two Jacks' idea sounds fine to me as well.
I'm beginning to wonder whether we should come up with some means to rush this story to its conclusion, so that we may return to the Tavern and attempt to restore life to the board.

Sorry, sorry! A thousand apologies!
I actually have a post all written up, but I wanted to go over it with either you or Selax first (just to make sure I'm not making life too difficult for you ), however, life has a nasty habit of getting in the way, and its been one distraction after another since I drafted the thing. If you want, I could just post it right now...

In regards to my post, I had Wizard collapse from exhaustion because he's been using so many powerful spells recently that I felt he needed to slow down for a while. I might have him become a lot weaker for a while, like he was when I first started posting in TS's. My reasoning is that he's been overworking himself for too long without a break, and so he will take things carefully for a little bit. There is a more human element in his character whenever I have him get beaten up in fights.

By the way, SIB, I agree with Wizard .

Anyways, I agree with Selax that we'll want to end this fight soon. I didn't yet because I couldn't think of what to do with the group, and I wanted to have Wizard get knocked on the ground again. . .

I will be out of town for about a week or so and most likely away from a computer, so I'll catch up on the TS and other topics when I return. I just wanted to quickly get caught up and get another post in before I leave. See you all soon!

Personally, I'd prefer not to use the Seldane. For one thing, they don't trust Magpie at all and have their own goals. Thus, giving them knowledge of Chrysothemis might be risky. Second, they are in hiding and any action on their part might attract the attention of the Undine. However, that is just my personal opinion.
It seems to me that this TS might be best ended soon (since there's little participation and no one seems quite certain how to proceed).
My suggestion is that we reach a lava field somewhere in the caves (preferably somewhere Ignae is not) and have the creature catch up to the group there. Then, we can proceed from there.
Opinions, suggestions, etc.?

Someone could also sense to see if Sharandar is still alive and then go back to get him before something happens. (Time travel)

Out of curiosity, who's in the party? I count:
Shanadar (without the party)
Cyrus (with Gem)
Wizard (with lack of name)
Ricky's Mom (who's name I forgot & don't feel like looking up right now, who the undine want dead)
Silverfish (with a propensity toward being used as a missile)
Rapierian (who wants to date his granny )
Aster (who still thinks the 'magic' feather makes him fly...)
Undine Terminator H2O (with a secret dream of winning the icecappades & owning a villa in the middle of the sahara)
Yomu (with magic hat)
Radik (The non-time-travelled 'hero')

Alright so basically:
The main group (excluding Yomu, Silver & Shanadar) is in a large ritual area with a giant piece of quartz hanging over the center of room. And on the ground are ancient ruins That let off the impression that time travel is involved.
Yomu has the last piece to the puzzle, the crown. It's needed to operate the time chamber. (Whoever is wearing the crown when the ritual is performed gets thrown into time.)
Cyrus is still back with the undine and his current condition is unknown.
Shanadar is still back in the city or possibly outside it now. More or less he needs to be recovered, or preserved so that he survives.
Chrysothemis is safe and with the main group but her safety has to be ensured for when this is all over.
The plan in my head is that somehow the undine is restrained long enough for the crown to be placed on his head and the ritual performed, thus launching him into time somewhere. While somewhat risky I don't think the Undine is dumb enough to walk into lava or not be careful around it. After that the group and figure out someway to get home or use the crown one by one to get there using "planned jumps". Meaning using magic, they can actually control where they go. The catch to using the crown more than a few times is that every time the crown is used the chamber shakes violently. After a while the chamber will collapse in on it's self.

However, I think we need to bear in mind that it is 'programed' to KILL Chrysothemis no matter what, (though I suppose it might leave everyone alone if we sterilized her) So it would -have- to follow us into the inferno, even to the point of personal harm.
Just a consideration. Unfortunately, we're gone for a day or 2, & so I can't discuss it till then, but I'll go with whatever happens before we get back (assuming that at least 1 person or bot will post befoer then ^_~)! ^_^
