You guys are sick. Sex should be way more scared than it is. Casual sex is glorified and now look what we have. A rise in STDs. I think its 8 out of 10 woman will have contracted an STD by the time they graduate college. Casual sex has been glorified so much by the teenage media that just about any guy will ask you to go down on him. I know a guy who asks me every time we talk. It was severaly disturbing, in fact I humored him and said yes...of course I was only joking and never intended to do it and never did, but my point is sex should be considered scared. Not a friday night past-time.

What you're saying has less to do with the sanctity of sex and more to do with the attitudes inculcated towards women and sex. You don't have to regard sex as sacred to know that harassing women to give you sex is wrong.

I happen to agree that sex is something to be shared with someone special. However, calling it "sacred" causes far too much trouble. It inevitably leads to sexual intolerance - witness that up until very recently in Western culture, a girl could be all but cast out of the human race for premarital sex. Witness that in many Muslim nations, women can still be stoned to death for the same "offense".
Sex is something everyone should be able to make up their own mind about.
