DOTA would be an excellent use of the new acronyms tag.

Hmmmmm. It would be even better if you define acronyms in your profile, and have the tags automatically inserted when you post.

I'm sorry, your post about the board acronym feature does not contribute meaningfully to the topic of "World of Warcraft." Please increase your warning level by 20% and avoid straying off-topic in the future.

Oddly, there IS an AoP on Azeroth as well....

It is not affiliated with the Army of Penguins in any way. You should join and tell them I sent you :P.

TJ: I might roll an alt on Lordaeron. What side are you guys? Horde? Alliance? I play both, so it's not a big deal.

I have a level two rogue. If I were to buy the game, I would likely be a rogue. Although many of their abilities are similar, as far as what they do, I'd enjoy them the most.

Wait, there's a Warcraft movie?

I want to see a Starcraft movie... or at least a first-person Starcraft game. Actually fighting zerglings (or as zerglings) on board a science vessel like in the cinematics would be... interesting-or slinging needles at someone with a hydra.

I really hoped that "Warcraft Movie" bit was just a lie. Alas, I was wrong.

WoW is taking over the digital world. We should declare war. Every day a loyal member falls into its awful clutches...they've already taken over ten million of us. and just wait until the expansion comes out. this could get bad. very bad.

I'm fairly confident that TBC will not meet Blizzard's expectations for units sold and accounts active. There will be a surge, but it will drop off soon. I know that my friends and I all quit the game within the last month or so, we just got tired of it and knew the expansion would just be more of the same as soon as we hit 70.

Could be. I cancelled my account earlier this month, and I don't believe I'm the only one.

Considering they had a 2.5 million blowout sale on the first day, I don't think this expansion is the one that'll kill it.

In the meantime, I'm happy with WoW being my main entertainment program for the next six months.
