Notes: This is an entry for the May Chron Challenge. As fan-fiction fan-fiction, it is endorsed by neither gandreas, the author of Cythera, or Grapper, the author of the original chron, (Introduction)Grapper's Return:.

(continued from part fifteen)

Grapper and Alaric make a plan. Grapper and Semius will draw all of the guards away from the castle, allowing Alaric to go in and confront the Third Tyrant directly. Alaric says, "There are many guards. I hope you will be able to handle yourself."
Grapper says, "It will not be a problem. We are very experienced."
"Alright but please watch out."
By night the three of them get into position outside of Cademia. Just after daybreak Grapper runs up to the barracks and kicks the iron door in. "You can take my fire, but you can never take my freedom!" he yells.
The guards don't know how dangerous Grapper is because they're from the past but they soon learn he is not to be trifled with. The first guard to attack Grapper goes down in a single punch, then Grapper picks him up and uses him as a flail. After Grapper knocks down another seven soldiers, another guard tries to run away but Grapper lobs the guard-flail at him and they both collapse in a heap. The guard-flail is probably fine though because Grapper threw him feet-first.
Next Semius jumps on Grapper's shoulders to make Z-WOLF BETA FORMATION and they are a unstoppable four-armed machine. However, they see a sudden flash of lightning and hear a clap of thunder from the castle. "That's our sign!" Semius says, and the pair jet-boot away from the barracks and into the castle.
There, they see Alaric standing in the middle of a room mostly full of dead people in fancy clothes. "The Tyrant and his supporters," Alaric explains. "Thanks to you Grapper I was able to get them."
"It is not a problem," Grapper says.
"Is there anything I can do to repay you?"
"Yes our team of five was split up when we came here. Do you know where they are? Can you send us to them?"
Alaric momentarily falls into a trance. "I know where—and when—your friends Hector and Amelia are and I can send you to them. However, I cannot find a fifth member. He is, I fear, forever lost."
