Hi.

How's everyone doing? *tips hat at old friends*

I think it's been over three years since I even looked at this board. Nice to see the new changes. And nice to see some things haven't changed. Avatara's post count was about 3k last I knew I think... heh. "0 New Messages" though, ouch, three years and no one thought of anything to message me about.

Must be something to do with Halloween. Don't know if you guys on the board remember me much, never really posted much here. Anyway, now that I am ressurected, I must go and fraternize with my undead brethren. I also gotta finish this damn history paper.

Heh, yeah. I don't really remember what possessed me to leave. I had forgotten my password for the longest time, but then I remembered an old archaic password I rarely ever used, thankfully it happened to be it.
Don't have a mac anymore *coughsobloodyexpensive* and I don't really have time to try to get some sort of emulator to make Cythera work for PC. Unless there was a stealth PC release, in which case I'll personally hunt down Andrew and give him a friendly, yet worshipful handshake.

Wow, nice to see so many of the old posters dropping by (Talos and theKestrel both popped in recently as well in the Wow topic further down the page).

I believe that I remember Blackfern from reading the Bane TS (I think—it might have been another TS), and I certainly remember Theo. Hmm, one does wonder so many older posters are dropping in just now. Well, it is a welcome trend and I personally hope that it shall continue.

In regard to irc, I have been unable to load #cythera for the past few days for some reason; I am now able to do so again. Indeed, there were four—five including Frinkruds—people on irc earlier—Katerei, Wizard, kickme, and myself.

By the way, Magpie, out of idle curiosity, what ever did happen to your character Magpie and the ring-slaves (those who haven't read the TS Search for the Thieves' Cavern; The Alraeican Tavern, Part III; The Alraeican Tavern, IV; and the TS Requiem probably won't have any idea what I am talking about)?

I wonder if everyone stopping by is a psychological reaction to the onset of winter. It's a relatively slow, depressing season, so people go looking for indoorsy things to do... like post on forums.

Although that doesn't explain the presence of any members 'down under'.

Yeah, I probably have about 10 posts in the Cythera forum. I haven't really been here since the 'ol black and grey color scheme, must say the forums are much improved.

Maybe I can coax some creativity out and join one of the TS' or wait for a new one or something. Might be a nice break to write something that doesn't require eleventybillion footnotes every paragraph. Blergh.
