Huxley's Brave New World wouldn't be all that bad a place to be in. Perpetual happiness as maintained by soma and frequent, obligation-free sex sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Sure, the loss of art, literature, philosophy, etc. seems troublesome to the me of today, but vaporize me some soma, condition me to be blissfully happy in my situation, and send in the females and you might be able to make me forget about those things of old.

Collect her dirty clothes and send them, or her, to Darfur.

I don't think clothes are the problem there...

Or I'll donate them. charities would want clothes that I've worn, right?

If you do donate them to charity (and have a man on the inside writing you receipts for the full market value of the clothes you donate), you could deduct the project on your taxes making it relatively inexpensive depending on your taste in clothes and tax bracket.

I am currently wearing my last clean shirt. Something must be done.

I am currently not wearing a clean shirt, as I am in the midst of laundry.
