I have been informed that Wizard is planning to post soon, so I will probably wait to post until tomorrow.

Alright, I am going to try to post today. How long it will be and how far it will go into the summary, I am not certain. (Although of these two, the latter concerns me more.)

It's been some time since the last post, and I just wanted to mention that I am planning on posting soon. Unfortunately, I don't have time tonight, but I have had the TS in mind and am slowly compiling my next post. When I next get some free time, I'll try to finish it and put it up then.
Other posts are welcome until then, I just didn't want anyone giving up hope

Well, I was hoping to get at least one more post by someone else, but it seems that that won't be happening. Thus, I will attempt to finish the TS up with one last post (which will probably be almost a summary at some points and even then might be a little long) at some point today.

Topic is unpinned, I won't lock it for a few more days, in case some people want to go back and edit out their OoC comments (to make it easier to read at a future time) or spiffy things up.

What are we using to coordinate TSs? No one seems to use irc anymore and SEE (last I checked) was down.
Are the subplots discussed on SEE still going to be used, or have they been dropped?

I think you'll have to figure out something to use, since the SEE host has moved on (alternatively you could set up SEE running on one of your computers, but it'd have to act like a dedicated server for a long period of time). One thing I can note is that some (but not all) of the ex-IRCers prowl around AIM now.
I'm not sure which subplots you're referring to. The one DF and I were part of will be finished eventually (I mean, we know what to do, just not how to say it), most likely as part of some chronicle. The other subplot I can think of was your void war, and I thought that got wrapped up.

Hmm, in retrospect, I think it actually did a better job of wrapping up subplots than I thought at first—after all, it did deal with Talryn and Pnyx as well...
I actually considered iChat (although I have no iSight I think audio conferencing is still possible), but then I found out that it required either a .mac account (which costs money) or an AIM account (about which I have read some things recently that have made me quite unlikely to get one). I suppose that we shall just have to muddle.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Who still uses IRC?

I still use text conferencing.
You don't actually need an AOL account, I got mine by signing up a free account for Netscape (that was before they changed to being some kind of service provider) and it let me use it as an AOL name*. I'm not sure if they still do that (probably not), but there's likely some other site that gives out free AIM accounts.
*By the way, after I activated my AIM account, I never logged into the Netscape mail thing again, so there wasn't some kind of hidden activity requirement and they didn't really get ahold of any personal information or the ability to spam me.

I still use IRC, and #cythera just sits in the background, doing nothing
My AIM account was set up by the panther version of iChat, though in the tiger one, you have to all ready have an account
