You desperately need my creative help. Other than that it's funny, because I hate the Metro.

Art. Yes, I'm suggesting that I help produce the actual drawings.

I am well aware that the character on the left in the first panel was inhumanly broad, and that the bin in the second panel was leaning mysteriously and that the perspective in panel three was mind-bogglingly wrong in every sense.
But the ability to draw is not that necissary to a web-comic..
Actually I'm far more worried by the rather forced conversation in frame one than any of the poor artwork...
This whole thing would probably look a lot better if it wasn't coloured in, scanned, edited and posted in a rush.
Maybe I'll stick to two frame pieces from now on.

Woah, that White Ninja thing has got to be the first webcomic I have straight out disliked on first sight, aside from Diesel Sweeties.

Speaking of which, on a serious note, why do virtually all roads have road construction projects starting in October? Every 20 miles on interstates, and every major road in cities is under construction all of a sudden.

Wouldn't it make sense to start projects in...April, when there's less chance of snow delaying projects and forcing roads to stay closed and incapacitated for longer?

Street bonds are usually passed/distributed in September/October/November, there are usually a number of projects ready to go but are waiting for funding that can get started the second the cash shows up.

That would explain it.

Why do they wait so late to pass bonds?

Because somebody approved a bill that gives Alaska billions of dollars for a Golden Gate bridge to support 20 people.

More like the feds just passed the transportation act and now every state has loads of money to waste on roads. I think September is also the begining of the fiscal year isn't it. Makes sense they'd wait for the money before they build.
