Piano, 11 years. I play classical mostly (by classical, I mean baroque/classical/romantic/etc.) and some chamber music as well.

I used to play:

1. Piano
2. Drums
3. Bells

But, I don't like my band at school. The teacher isn't the kindessed teacher in the school. But I still like to play the insturments at home. I have all of them, but I don't use them that much anymore. And I do like to still listen to music. Love all kinds except for country and a few others.

I used to play bells at church.
Can you imagine if I was deranged?

Bells that look like a zilaphone but with no pipes? Or bells like handbells? I used to play those too. Cool.

Speaking of 10s and 11s... who here has seen the documentary "This is Spinal Tap"? It should be required viewing for any budding musician.

I meant I was 10 or 11 when I played the low C tone. I'm a tall kid. I had to use the big ones because everyone else was too small.

....

Please tell me you realize that "This is Spinal Tap" is a mockumentry...meaning its not real.

But, yes from what I know (my father was a muscian himself at the same time that movie is based) the film has some similarities with some actual goings-on.

I mainly play the piano, have been doing for longer than I care remember. I really need to practise more actually...

Bird? What is that? A band or something? I'm not up-to-date on all the music around.

Let's see now... Guitar (10 years), piano (16 years), drums (as long as I've been able to hold a rhythm), flute (2 years), spoons, various other bits and pieces I can hit, scrape, blow down/across... I sing baritone/bass (and sometimes tenor when the fancy takes me). I used to be able to play the didgeridoo respectably as well, but that was some time back.

At some point when I have the time and the money, I'll have a bash at the sax, learn to play the flute properly... and get back into singing properly.

Bird: Another name for Charlie Parker. Generally used among those who know who he is. I wanted to see who really knew who he was. :P

I play the Didjeridu.

Nah, just kidding. I sing, when I have time to go to choir practice, and I played Handbells until the director left. At which time the Handbell choir disbanded. Now I just play the keyboard...the computer...keyboard... :P

I play just about every single percussion instrument made...that counts for many different instruments, right?

Are you really? Then you're awesome.

If you have garage band, that doesn't count as multiple instruments. Just one.
