I'm really really tired...I mean..really really tired. I've been up since two, listened to music for an hour (boring music...I mean, I listened to Kenny G for God's sake), Then, I continued reading Moby Dick. And I still can't get to sleep.

Ugh...I've never had trouble sleeping...What's wrong with me? My eyes hurt..I want to go to sleep..Any thoughts?

Why are "Zzz's" the symbol for sleeping...I don't get it..if you can answer, that too, would be nice.

Aparently they're supposed to sound something like snores.

When I can't get to sleep I read my mom's library manuals, but I doubt you'd have any around there.

Use the drug called Phenergan(sp?) - it's supposedly an antihistamine but knocks me out cold in exactly two hours.

Perhaps something that I might have a chance of having. I've now tried warm milk, and don't feel any more tired...just disgusted.
