I love my glasses. I have just enough eyesight left to read with out them (everything is blurry at over about 4ft.), but I made sure to get the virtually indestructable kind so it can fall asleep with them and they'll still be in one piece the next day. :P

Ya, I am nearsighted. I can't see things far away. Actually I can but they're just blurry. I think I might get laser eye surgery when I get older.

The best way to sleep is to always knacker yourself out during the day. Go out, do sporty stuff, come in really tired and go to bed. Plus, you wake up feeling really energetic.

This is true. I pointed this out before by saying run three miles, although playing basketball or something will probably get you running three miles with out you knowing it.

Doesn't help me that much. I usually do my weights around 8 or 9 and I am still up to 3 in the moring. :P

It only works if you ware yourself out. I don't know if weights would do that. Hmm...

Like Swithich said, you've got to wear yourself out. Unless you're doing an incredibly high amount of reps with low weights, these are going to be pretty inefficient at tiring you out through aerobic exercise. Anaerobic stuff is pretty pointless in my opinion unless you want to bulk up. It certainly won't help you sleep.
