I wouldn't say that Moderator is a "he", Moderator is more of an "it"; a large and baggy digital skin that just happens to have a modship. While a "he" can climb into Moderator, Moderator itself is not changed (in the same way that a car doesn't become masculine when a bloke is driving it).

You should think of Moderator as more of a vessel that an actual person, grasshopper, for Moderator is impersonal. Moderator is acted upon, yet has no actions by itself like those that you could associate with a diety of any sort. Moderator is but a shell, looking for a master.

Usually, when i get slapped, the person leaves their name, and responds when i try to clarify why i got slapped. But this mod was a dick about it. He wouldn't tell me who he was, or respond. Cracker.

The mods are really under no obligation to give you their names in regards to a board action; you should be able to figure out what you did wrong on your own. If you look at your warning email, you will find a short explanation of the offense and a link to the offending post which should explain everything that you need to know. If you need further explanation, try reading the [url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/webboard/guidelines.html"]Webboard Guidelines[/url] and see if you did anything that could be seen as being in violation of those rules.
