Well, I suppose I'd be something of an agnostic nihilist. Although I'm not opposed at all to the idea and/or pursuit of something beyond the human sensation.

He is one who believes that the existance of a god or gods is irrelevant to life as their existance cannot either be proven or disproven (agnosticism), and that existance is meaningless and nothing can be known or communicated because of the inherant non-existance of existance itself (Nihilism is most commonly associated with Nietzsche).

Nihilism's a waste of time. Though Nietzsche's treatises are good reading. "God is Dead" makes for a great quote.

The main problem that I see with true Nihilism is that any practitioners of the philosophy would have to be total pessimistic anarchists who questioned everything, everywhere. As a religious "modifier" (for lack of a better word) it works rather well as a belief in the denial of everything, yet it is really misused in that sense (for example, Zen Buddhism is often classified as nihilistic, but the doctrines of anicca and anatta really don't deny the exstance of everything, they just focus on the impermanance of everything, which is entirely different than the outright denial of any existance, thus Zen is not truly nihilistic).

Would you like a KKK hood with your banning?

Or perhaps you'd prefer to apologise and retract that statement.

What AIDS comment? There isn't one in this topic.

Not in this topic, but in another one, I was talking about Carinae. and his sex obsession.

If you're going to reference something in another topic, can you at least provide either A: a quote with the content you're talking about (like "aids are bad" as an example) or B: a link to your post (or at the least the topic page in question) or C: both, so we understand what you're talking about?
