Is there a risk to eating cereal while using the computer? I wonder because for the last week, the computer desk has been my breakfast table.

You should probably try to avoid spilling it on the keyboard. But you should try putting it the CD tray. It increases processor speed, much like overclocking.

It depends on the kind of cereal you are eating. While Crispix is 100% compatible with technology, Shredded Wheat is certainly not and tends to turn computer periphials into hamsters (and that can't be good).

Shouldn't be a problem. Unless you spill stuff. Yes, spilling stuff is bad. Very bad.

If your day is too full, then why not just eat in bed while your sleeping?
Or eat while your waiting for flood control to go the **** away.

Maybe GD thinks that The Journalist has a cube. And to answer his question, they don't have CD trays. I have one.

They are my families, but my brother is away right now and my parents work, so I use them the most. My Dad is buying a new laptop for when we go to Australia soon, so I will be battling my brother for it.

Somehow, I don't think that "Aloe" is part of a computer system.

My dad works at a University here in the USA, so we are going on sabbatical starting the end of January. We are going to Canberra, and will be there for about 6 months. My parents lived in Australia for 5 years before I was born in '88.

Edit: We will be all around Australia, on weekend trips. My parentnts love it there, and want my brother and I to see a lot of it. I am going to school for the first semester in Canberra.

Canberra, eh? Well, it could be worse. It could be Adelaide. Posted Image

Anyway, you should have a great time, especially if your parents are intending to show you around. Six months is plenty of time to see all the touristy spots, as well as plenty of the non-touristy spots, which are often better. And from what I understand, Australia is ahead of the US when it comes to public education, so that shouldn't present much of a problem when you return.
