B&B Politics

I propose the construction of a win powered energy field to protect the ATT in the event of invasion. Given the normal quantities of win in the area, maintaining the field should not pose a problem. As for building it, I have reliable estimates on my desk which state that it could be built for the meager price of three sheep and half a goose. I realize that the treasury is somewhat depleted, but surely three sheep and half a goose would not drain our cash reserves too much?
Also, I propose the construction of a beer catapult. This ought to be sufficient to distract any B&B invasion forces, and should lesson the pressures the energy field will need to withstand.
What think you?

However, in case the B&B falls under attack before the shield is put in place, my people have voted to send a third of the planetary defense fleet (that is, 13 Super Star Destroyers, 18 Terran Battlecruisers, 7 UNSC Frigates, and an astronaut with a jet pack and Hitler's own pistol) to help keep this land secure until the generator is in place.

How about we just leave the B&B alone until it attacks us again? We at the ATT are independent. We live under the sole rule of Sundered Angel. Let them quarrel amongst themselves while we live prosperously.
This should be no arms race. There is no point to it. The B&B nowadays is just a pile of idiotic people who think irrationally. That's why they attacked us so badly in the first place.
So let me put it this way. We have nothing to fear from the B&B, because we are stronger.
And, they have their own spies. If they think we're planning an attack, they will try to attack us first. And we just end up with what we had last time. A couple of topic locks, angry people and an absolute s###load of spam.
Is it worth it? No.
Lock topic plz.

This is the mark of the best government. Make the people think they're free, make them feel unfettered. Only then will you have absolute control without any fear of rebellion.

Preposterous. B&B hates us. They will amass weapons of war as soon as they think they have the opportunity to destroy us. Invasion is likely to happen regardless of what we do. We should focus on building our defenses to prevent an attack from coming close to annoying us.
And the fact that you suggest we not improve our defenses makes me suspicious... are you a spy? A saboteur come to weaken us?
I agree with Sniper and recommend mass production of beer'a'pults. We will need them in order to keep troop morale high in the event of a prolonged siege.
