We shouldn't just keep people here. When I left at first, it did a lot of good for me and everyone else. Yetsumari left and took his spam with him. Along with several other people that have probably caused quite a bit of spam. Remember Qaanol's list of flaming? That topic had a link to someone asking for ways to pirate Nova. That person left and there's no reason to stay. That did us a world of good as well.
So basically:
No one leave if they haven't done anything wrong.
