Take a minute to introduce your characters if you want to play.

and a couple rules of mine:

1. no playing unless invited or given permission
2. if you are taking advantage of the rules get out
3. no godmoding

to my special operations team, if we see anyone under pufer's flag, they shall be executed by line of fire, if pufer himself gets captured, he will be jailed and starved to death, in one of them cushioney rooms that are for the crazy people, in straight jacket and straight pants

Those aren't the rules of the topic, those are just rules you made up, not even the rest of the people who were a part of the "war" originally have agreed to them. You just posted those rules half an hour ago, that doesn't make them rules...

Capital letters and punctuation are your friends. Apostrophes are really great. You should use them sometime.

I am obeying the rules on the first page. I haven't killed anyone or created a superweapon or messed with anyone's background or had 2 characters on both sides of the war.
