At last he came to a door, with these words in glowing emeralds: THE END OF THE WORLD. He did not hesitate. He opened the door and stepped through.

I'm assuming there are 8700 desktop threads in the history of the Ambrosia Web Boards. However, one's desktop normally changes often enough to warrant them all.
Mine is so bland, it's easiest to describe in words:
Apple's standard blue background with a hidden dock and a smattering of folders and media files.

The desktop of my MacBook Pro as seen in the BnB topic:
And the desktop (featuring the Fetish Map) of my archaic Powerbook Pismo that I happen to be using right now:

That's me and some friends in the background. We took it in Photo Booth, then they changed it to my background, and I have yet to change it back.
And the Windows side:
This is through Parallels, which is why it says I only have 512 MB of RAM. I really have 2 GB in this puppy.

On the Main Monitor:
A background from the awesome webcomic Diesel Sweeties
On the second Monitor:
A nifty line drawing I found of At the Drive-In's guitarist.
I've been meaning to change both pictures for a while, since I've had them for quite sometime.
