I was never that into him.
An attractive young man, yes. However he was short. Much shorter than I at the time...being 5'4" as a 9 year old changes your view of the world.

Actually, now that I think about it, perhaps I just liked Rocky because in kindergarten I was "married" to a boy named Rocky.
Years later I found out he actually married another girl (who at this point in time was my best friend) the same year.

My Dad played in a similar Bluegrass band. Though, it was much less rednecky. (Rednecky?) So, I still got a little bit country in me.
