I think that's every overweight person's problem. The trick is sticking to not eating sugar.. and not liking food .. and learning to like the gym. GOD I hate the gym.. SO much.
Whatever happens..happens.

Come do Yoga with me... Or Pilates.
Can you imagine if I was deranged?

You forgot the "having loads of free time and energy so that you can actually make it to the gym."

Or take up Fencing. :P That has done more good for my weight than anything else, and is more fun that about any other athletic activity I could think of.*

*Albeit that does have a lot to do with the particular group of people in the club I'm in.

Can't imagine that Albuquerque has a large fencing underground. If I wasn't so ######ing fat, I'd take up rock climbing. Of course, if I wasn't fat, I wouldn't need to take up rock climbing.

I've always fancied fencing...

And I actually like the gym.

Fencing is full of win. As is rock climbing and surfing.

Surprisingly enough, yoga isn't too bad either.

Surfing's way fun! I've only done it once though..

Yoga rocks if you can balance. And let me tell ya.. my nickname is not Miss Equilibrium.

Surfing really isn't for me, have a mild phobia of water/drowning, so really not something that appeals!
