The average temperature here today was about 40 degrees lower than the average temperature 5 days ago.

My video board has partially died after less than a month of service. It's artifacting... something video boards usually do only when you overclock them over the limit. However, this board was not overclocked, nor was it overheating. Apparently it didn't want to render my 1600x1200 pixels any more than it had to.

I hate this 30-year-old building and its incredibly crappy insulation.

Well, some of the French people are OK (particularly if you're an American in Normandy...), I was talking about the language and the class. It SUCKS.

But I guess Frenchies can get pretty annoying too.

So I wear these really old shoes right? They have lots of holes in them and the rubber and plastic is pretty much falling apart. I have new shoes, I just prefer to wear my old ones until there is nothing left. Well anyway, walking through slush is a nightmare of wet and cold feet. I'd much prefer it if they didn't go so crazy with the salt. Packed snow and sand would be just fine. My feet would only be cold from the cold air getting in.

DE made a topic with the answer, somewhere in the fifth page of BnB. I don't want to go get it, though.

I like the smell of new shoes, especially since my feet REEK after about 3 months of shoes. So I'd buy about 300 pairs of new leather shoes and put them in a room just so I could walk in there and smell it.
