That is the case with me as well. My hands are perpetually cold (I've been known to be blowing on them in the middle of summer in 100º heat), but I can only ever get cold feet a handful of times a year, and can only remember one instance of ever having cold feet while wearing shoes.

Yesterday, western Massachusetts hovered around the mid 60s all day. In 3 days the high is supposed to be 31.

My feet are always cold. But I don't feel the cold, so I ignore them. It is about 12 degrees and I'm in a short sleeved top. And I'm using Celsius. If you want Farenheit, TOUGH! You won't get it! Muahahahaha!
