At that moment, Dusk and Night burst in and yelled, "Surprise!" Dark's golem was so startled that it fell over and landed on top of the oboloi, knocking it off the ledge it was.

Unluckily for the group and the balloon, this golem had an allergy to spelling mistakes, the side effect being wanting to ruthlessly murder everything within sight.

It was covered in sparks from its fall into the abyss, and attacked first the Hydrogen filled balloon. The resulting explosion shattered the golem to bits, and its pieces hurtled into the 'heros'
