I was going to order a ton of Cruisers, but almost all my production capacity was taken up by the 40 dessies and 100 armies I've got in production (my military needed an overhaul )
Yeah it's a little bit of bragging, but I should actually be doing a lot _better_ - I have been playing since a month after Hyperiums left beta, and therefore since the beginning of this round. (My first planet was at -8,8: Arisia)

Piemur, noones quite sure why signup is closed.
They ran out of Hyperium planets. It should be up, as I just (finally) got my second one.

I now own all of the planets at my home coords, too. Yay. Making about 24mil/day. But then, the planet I just took is Minero. My main planet's Minero prices are 78K at 10% taxes at the same coords. I'm only exporting 6 through that channel, and I have quite a few relations I want to cancel...
Much money in the future.
[edit]
Yep, after two cash ticks the planet's already making what it made before half over.

What kind of idiot exports 42 to planets with costs less than the production costs!?
Now that's stupid... and even the other 185 production only made 2.5mil. If only 60 of that way exported to Lankiveil (my main planet at the same coords) that one trading relation would have made him 3.5mil.

1) Use your first planet to make money, and don't get attached to it. Don't spend too much money defending it. Make your second planet a base of ops, and once you drop out to protection on the second, build up a fleet.
2) Take all of the planets at your Fleet Base's coords. Try to start about a day after you drop out of protection; they should be out by then and probably won't have a fleet yet.
3) When you have more than one planet in the same sector, try to trade with yourself as much as possible - less infiltration risks.
More later.

Sarg: Join Fox instead of FTU - I'm not sure if FTU still exists anymore, and Fox has more power.
Join 'em both. The FTU still exists...it's going pretty well, except that Joolzman is leaving. We were ranked 140 last time I checked...

Wasn't sure - one of the planets I lost was my last FTU planet.

Hey Pallas, I know have a 'TerranWorld' type planet. 70k import price, 10% tax. I'd be making about 30 million of that planet if it wasn't captive.

Hyperiums seems to appeal to the more 'empire weaving' among us, like myself, but Planeterion is better for the tactical consideration that come with many ship classes.
www.empirequest.com is more like planetarion, only with more inventive ship classes and up to 9 planets for you.

It says 6 planets here.
Karrde, don't you realise that there is beauty in simplicity? In hyperiums, we have 3 ships, with super-clearly defined roles, and 1 army. I wouldn't have that changed to a planeterion like system if I could help it.
