Yay, more Sail! ^_^ I'm happy that you're working on this novel! I enjoyed this chapter, especially learning more about the K, Tiernan, and Marijka characters. I'm curious about Tiernan and Marijka's backstories, but I'm not sure how much this book will get into them. I wonder, does Marijka get cold, now that she's human? Tiernan doesn't seem to get hot, anyway. Although, is Marijka still a magess? I don't think there's been any evidence of that..

Does the Void exist in this world? Have Tiernan and/or Marijka travelled through the void, or are they just from other lands in this world? What language is Tiernan's books in? Is it weird that he has books in a language that K can't read?

I'm impressed with K's skills in doing basic chores, considering her relatively young age and her broken leg ^_^

All my characters borrowed from TSes fill the same role, but they're more like thematic adaptations, changed to fit the needs of the story. Speaking of which, expect the appearance of another alt-world DM character in chapter 7… with a different hair colour.

I was just re-reading the first five chapters - I don't know how I miss so much stuff! @_@ I guess I just assumed Av & Moonshadow were already married, but now I notice they don't live together - so this is before they get married?
