I once tried a Phaal X3, just dabbed my tongue onto a spoonful of it. Worst 5 minutes of my life.

Phaal

The mistake is to drink a gallon of water which will make the heat worse. I just munched on my naan bread and I was fine, if a little sweaty. :P

I thought dairy products are the best at lessening the spice... which is why you can get yoghurt with some curries... but surely you'd want the spice to be there... hence you ordering the curry in the first place :P

If he's buoyant enough, he'd take some sinking...

Not to bad mouth the giant squid, but where does one sit? Plus you'd need some sort of internal compartment, and that I don't want to think about too much...

It's fairly simple, actually; you strap the saddle behind the head, and the reins are attached to a ring in the beak.

Then you just Yippe Yi Yo your way through the ocean, fighting off aquatic bandits with your six-spearguns.

If you fancy trying to strap a saddle around a giant squid, you be my guest! :P
