While the denizens of ATT enjoy unprecedented political freedoms, it is always interesting to observe the political behaviour of other forums on these Ambrosia Software webboards. For instance, EV Banter & Brawl is currently engaged in a recall vote to determine whether President Champion should retain office after recent events. This naturally prompts one to wonder what would happen if numerous civic-minded patriots of another, unnamed forum - let's call it TTA - were to cast votes in the topic to sway the outcome of the vote against the incumbent. Would this not be a tragedy for B&B? Would it not be a windfall for said unnamed forum?

I'm not sure what you're indirectly asking of the unnamed forum but I support it.

My question is, if they recall champ, do I get instated as President, or do I go out the window as well? If it's out the window, can I choose which window I go out of?

When is there ever a case when you get to choose the medium of your own defenestration?

As an official member of Champ's party, and an 'older than I'd like to admit' member of these fine forums, my loyalties are divided on this matter.

I'm afraid I must stick by my president, however.

If we formed a party to officially attempt to take power of their forum, however, that might be different...

There is no legal authority for a presidential recall, so the entire topic is moot.
