Hmm don't really understand this but I'm glad I'm at least number 21 (and I'm an inbetween color!). :P

Hmm, well, I'm in the top five. I suppose that means that I accomplished something this year...

And I'm not on there.

Maybe if I got Quicktime 3, I could be :P

I'm not on there either.

Obviously Avatara doesn't love us, kickme.

When I was trying to find the list of people to add this year, I did a quick survey of the popular topics that every native Cytherian has used, and you two somehow weren't on the list.

In short, its Selax's fault.

Well, that's all very interesting.

Regarding gandreas - he feels that the current Delver engine, and hence Cythera as we know it, is a lost cause. Delver was tied very closely to classic Mac OS, and carbonizing it while retaining its normal interface behavior would be very hard. The abortive Cythera X was apparently very stripped down. Glenn does not want to open-source Delver either because he doesn't think the investment of time (even other people's time) needed to port it to modern operating systems is worthwhile.

So, play Cythera in SheepShaver; any patches or updates are vanishingly unlikely.

As to Cythera II, well, you never know...

This topic (and that other recent nostalgic one) sure bring back memories. I've been pretty busy lately though with my tactical RPG project, Gnomes & Squirrels: The Epic Struggle for Garden Supremacy., here. Which I really should be working on :P

I think I've moved down on that list. I suppose that means that I accomplished something this year...

I think you say that about everything...

Well, since I didn't compile the statistics and have tried to get Mack to join, it must be Avatara's fault!

Good to see you around, Bryce ;) .

Wizard, I would not be surprised at all. Maybe you should consider posting in the TS more B) ?

Up to seventh! Not bad!
Wait, what was I last year?

Found a post on the first page I wrote exactly one year ago. And laughed like anything, because I was so dumb this time last year.

Man, SoItBegins was just 2 posts away from 1337. :P

I assume the post counts here are based on the user's total posts, regardless of posts actually in the Cythera boards, right? I'm guessing roughly half of my 826 in '07 came from Redline posts (though maybe more since I posted a lot of meaningless update posts there ;))

Oh, and why does 07ranks go to 2006?

We also got 4 users added, or at least 4 more members than last year, possibly some were removed?

Yeah, I update this manually by searching all usernames and looking up their post counts, which already is tedious. If it was automated, there might be a way to feasibly track Cythera-only posts (and maybe compare the two numbers).

Not anymore.

5, and I didn't remove anyone from the 06 list. I don't think I did anyway.

Four people joined the boards in the last year. See TheMuseInYourHead as an example.

Apparently I forgot I dropped idiotSavant. Katerei holds the key to that explanation though.

You know, its funny...every year you have a "?" in the previous years record, and list my current post-count as this years record. But, somehow, by the time that the year has passed, the information is lost, and I'm back to having a "?" again. :P
