I happened to be on Just Chat because of extreme boardom :P, and I stumbled upon this:

Actually, some of the kids on the ATT these days haven't ever played Ares. Or used any Ambrosia Software at all. Hell, some don't even have Macs.

Makes you wonder how they ended up here...

I know this board isn't centered around Ares (or anything, really), but out of curiosity, how did you guys/girls get here. I'm guessing one of the Reno kiddies came here, brought another Reno, and before you know it, the whole clan was in.

Basically.

I played Ares on two computers of mine ago, and found this. I invited dude3 to help with Stupid Joke of the Day; µ and Jambo later joined, and µ invited Vec. Wzrds came at some point but i don't know that story.

I just entered. I had heard about ATT on BnB and thought, "Hey, I'm bored, I'll give it a shot."

I posted the first reply to eRP. The best topic ever.

eRP. Is this something I should know about?

I decided to give this place a try as Avatara and I were talking about the boards. He told me this is where he visits most.

I did join due to Ares, one of the few. But, I actually joined the boards in general originally because Barrack has a sound problem in OS9 (namely its too loud: it goes from off to "quiet" where "quiet" is pretty darn loud). My second post was in ares though.

Played it for ages. I was helping out with a few plugins at one point.

Then came OS X....

Ah, now all is clear. Get a Mac if you don't have one. :P

I came here a few years back when I was browsing around all the ASW boards. Then I left for a while, and rejoined a few months ago. The first time I came here I had only played a little bit of Ares. But now, I have beaten the game. Great game...

I was pissing people off joking around on the EV Nova board and got myself silenced by pipeline, so Trah invited me over here.

I got into the forums by wondering exactly what was on the other side of that tab I'd never clicked.

I got bored and wandered over here.

And yes, I have played Ares.

I came here prior to playing Ares for the first time (at least I think I did, the two events don't have any particular time markers in my memory, but I suspect this is so), but really didn't get much out of the game when I did try it out and, thus, am certainly no expert on it. Yet here I shall remain.

I came to the boards for help with Hera (I never did release that plug in), and wound up here eventually.

Wow. A sentence with both "God" and "crucify" that doesn't involve religion. I'm impressed.

It doesn't matter, Ares sucks. I played it once.

Wih regard to your sig though, this girl I'm kinda seeing hasn't yet learned to control her drinking and her mum asked me to look after her cause apparently she might get "duodenal ulcers" or some such things because of throwing acid up so much. I don't know if it's true, but if it is you might want to watch out.

I played Ares a couple of times recently. I kept on getting blown up, though.
At last he came to a door, with these words in glowing emeralds: THE END OF THE WORLD. He did not hesitate. He opened the door and stepped through.

I downloaded Ares, but I never really liked it. I don't really call one forum 'home' per say. I just read this forum for the humor.

I don't puke that often. It's a joke from the morning after me, ephrin and tripps got s###faced at ephrin's house. I kept talking about puke, and Tripps said it

I got bored with moderating BnB one day and ambled on over here. I read more than I post and, if you'll keep this between all of us, I like it over here more.

I've never played a game here, although some of them look very interesting. I don't have a mac, although I want one and much prefer them to PC.
