What type of insult is that? That is, in fact, what the bumper sticker said and it is acceptable in Spanish to say "Viva Bush" if one wanted to. It's comparable to saying "Go Kerry!" in English in that the person uttering the exclamation doesn't want Kerry to actually "go" anywhere. it's just a statement of support.
