Lord John Shackles is 28.
and Cleindori is over 18. Do you know her exact age by any chance?

I'm actually a little over double his age, so it's not exactly 28. And Jon, surprisingly, is 11/7 my age.

I didn't think you had them in Canada, and I thought the ones that did manage to sneak in were called traffic circles.
Come to think of it, is this some kind of "let's add random words to the end of every sentence" thing turnip?

Okay, that doesn't make sense. I took 7/11 of 39 and got 24.818181818181 so. Either you took Lektor's first age of 12( :P ), I can't properly use the reciprocal of a fraction ( ;) ), or you can't use a fraction. Last time I checked 24.8 <2*14. Just noting for my own reasons. B)

You missed the more obvious (and truthful) implication that 39 was not the correct age for Jon.

Isn't Jon something like 22 years, 4 months, and 12 days?

Thus meaning you're about 14.

And Lektor is 7?

Well since you have a degree in history you have to be at least 21, and you said you were more than twice lektor's age and "supposedly" he's 14. So I guess I must assume then that the joke was the Jon is over 40, but doesn't want to admit it. Got it. :P

History, baby.  It's my major, and it's the ultimate subject.

I've noticed in my university that just about every professor I've had has made their subject seem like the all-encompassing subject that everything else is just a subdivision of.  The two I can buy are physics encompassing the sciences and history for everything, as history needs everything.
