The paperwork that comes along with buying a case of condoms, getting the number of a morning-after pill dealer just in case, and screwing a bunch of anonymous people in bathroom closets would get pretty tiresome after a while, so I'd probably not do it. But I certainly encourage every other able bodied person out there to go out and do so immediately.
