A bunch of friends are coming over and we are dressing as Lord of the Rings, D&D-type people. We'll take pictures. Oh yeah...and then we are going Halloween Caroling.
Can you imagine if I was deranged?

I'm dressed up as an overdramatic lunatic. I'm going to be attacking congressmen.

This Halloween is super awesome. Aside from 5 hours of school work, I had a great conversation with a friend last night (but after midnight so it counts as Halloween), the EAGLES are 7-0, the Packers won, and the Patriots are going to lose for the first time in forever, so the Eagles will be declared the #1 team in the NFL. Oh ya, and not that many people come by my house so there will be lots of candy left over :P.

I killed everyone who came to my house, including one very disgruntled angel.

I wandered around the neighborhood watching the trick-or-treaters, came home, watched Van Helsing (just terrible, I've not seen a good movie in a fair bit of time now), and packed a bunch of stuff into a large trunk that I'm going to toss in the back of the new Pufermobile tomorrow.

I spent a good part of Halloween driving and then the rest sitting on my ass. No trick or treaters. ######s.

I watched the worst movie ever, then went to the haunted theatre, which was a total flop because there were too many ######ing people there. Whatever dwells in the theatre was pissed to be treated as a tourist attraction, so it didn't show itself, even though a few of us could sense its presence. All in all, not a bad evening, but not good either. At least I got to cuddle with two hot girls.

Next Tuesday? Seriously, this is the information age. I managed to order reincarnation materials on Amazon yesterday and purchased overnight shipping, so they arrived this morning.

Now, what happened to my weapons of mass pain and horror?

I spent a bad part driving. Well, not really. I woke up after Saturday night after sleeping half on someone-who-I-didn't-know-well-enough-to-get-comfortable-on, half on-the-carpet with the worst backache I ever had. I did a bit of sailing, got really cold, watched Shrek 2, got punched in the eye in a playfight, then set off around 10pm to start the 6 hour drive home. The person who I was giving a lift to fell asleep after about an hour, and then 3 hours after that I nearly did.

So at about 2 in the morning I decided to have a kip at my liftee's house, except her room was really cold so we had to share a bed to conserve body heat. So then I didn't get any duvet, and got really cold all night.

And then I got up at 6.30, and sat in traffic for 3 hours to get within 3 miles from home before I ran out of petrol and had to jog the rest.

Great.

And that Halloween is a devil-worshiping holiday.

Ooh, missed this the first time around. There is in fact a karma system for members who volunteered to participate, did you not sign up when the enlistment was going on?

Ummm... I helped out with the celebration at my church :P They called it a "fall festival" but nonetheless Halloween doesn't have to be taken as a completely evil thing (though I'll give you that it's background does leave something a bit to be desired for the Christian faith). A good thing can come out of just about anything, LK.
