I think i have found out what the Magic Arrows you can find in the LKH are for. They hurt magic people! The only why you can get more than one shot with them is to dupe them. I think they tried to make an infinate suppy for you but failed (Not anough bug !!!) . Also what is that void behind alarics quarters in the castle there for? Also is there a magic Axe some where, there are magic weapons (magic weapons hurt lichs and demons) for each othere fight skill (the magic staf for mace, the magic arrows for the missle spell, the magic spear and sword of heros for the sword fighting, and the gaunlets for the barehanded spell) but not for the Axe skill.

To make more, just use replicate, it should work.
The void behind Alaric's study is nothing but something to give you the feeling that LKH is a very important place.
From my extensive experience and exploration, there is no magic axe, although if you find Eoneus (sp?) you can have him make swords (exept for the sword of heroes) better.
I don't think that the wands are actually considered maces and the arrows are just a kind of pump up for your bow, not a unique weapon. Check out slayer's guide to cythera to get more of unique items, the url is in his sig.

The magic arrows do the same damage as regualr arrows do, they just also harm magic beings. The damage caused by the wands when you hit someone with them goes up as you get a better mace skill therfore it is classifed as a mace. Also the Arrows where supposed to be unique in that you would have an unlimited supply (I think) but I think that didn't work.
