Plug-in Plaugerism(sp?)

I just found out to my amazement that this has happened. The plug that was released a while back, Net Pak for those that are just begging to know (thats about 0 ppl). Net Pak was released, but as i played some one in ares today he talked about releasing his plug, I asked him what the missions were called and he answered all the levels in Net Pak plus 2 more. He even proved this was his plug to me. Does anyone remember who released this plug? I think they need a little disipline(sp?)
