Here is my 2 step plan to going off topic in less then 1 post:
1. Make a title for a new topic. For an example I will use the title: "Your favorite way to suck turkeys through a straw"
2. When you write the body of the topic write about something completely different, such as why you really wish people would stop buying from Microsoft.
So you have a topic, turkey sucking, but you write a rant about Microsoft instead, thus going off topic in less then 1 post. QED

It is really hard to find good images on the net. I looked for 20 min for a good straw pic, but had to draw my own, as you can probably tell. I have 0 hope of drawing a good turkey in photoshop, but if you supply a cartoon turkey I will integrate it into the image.
