Allright, it is the first of March now and we have to name the moderator of the Month for February. Please make sure to vote (Don't vote twice, if you do, neither will count!), as it shows that you participate in the webboard.

Last time I made this too complicated, but it is simpler now. All you have to do to vote is to email [url="http://"mailto:jbrault@mac.com"]mailto:jbrault@mac.com[/url]jbrault@mac.com with the following information:

Subject: Moderator of the Month

Example:
Vote: Joe Schmo
I am Computer_Man

Please note that if you feel unsafe about giving out your web name, that is perfectly fine with me not to.

I am also posting this on Just Chat board and the Nova Webboard. I am not spamming, I am just trying to attract more votes to make this a healthy vote this month.

Voting closes tonight at 12:00 AM so hurry up and vote before it is too late!

Wouldn't this be biased in favor of the Nova board members? There's only 10-15 people here who post regularly.

Well, last time it was biased 100% to the residents of Just Chat, this'll probably be a little more representative of the entire universe. It really should be Just Chat, here, and the B&B in order to just get the folks who are actually members of the community and not just people asking a one time question about the Polaris string. Meh.

You know, if they do this every month, we under-representated members of the ATT community should begin organizing a mass-propoganda campaign in an attempt to see one of our beloved Ares moderators (perhaps SA?) elected for March (or some other month in the future).

Anyways, there were very little votes. I was quite disappointed. I wish there would have been more.

I think the lack of advance warning and 24 hour window might have been a cause of the low votes. I personally didn't vote because I wasn't sure I should, given my status I'd probably be biased. But if I did, as stated above, it'd have been for SA.

It is disappointing to me(and others) that there weren't as many votes. Next month I am going to give a whole week to vote, and well, I'll leave it at that. Anyways, congrats to EVula and others who at least recieved some votes. Any ways, hopefully next months vote will be more sucsessful.
