First is freedom of speech and assembaly. Second is right to keep and bare arms. So, you should like to revoke his first amendment rights if taking away his right to free speech is what you seek.

and dude3: It does not have amendments. I believe you are referring to Article V, the Amendment process. that referrs to changing a pre-existing amendment, like GWB's ridiculous "No Gay Marriage" bill.
