Ottakringer is the best local beer. I'd say Corona for best taste. Still, I like cider more...

Edam and Emmental (not forgetting Aura) are the best cheeses to eat with one's beer...
Well, we have a vote for Guinness...
But Coke and Coffee (yak!) as a Guinness substitute, er, I don't think so...
(Though if you eat a really nasty goat's cheese, or one of those very strong French cheeses with it, the recipe might work...)
