After much thought and consideration (all my ships got destroyed) I have decided to set up an asteroid farm for Ares Alliance members and a few select friends ONLY. The AAAF (Ares Alliance Asteroid Farm) is at 201:8:25 orbiting Rossu. all that I ask is that you are ready to defend me id the event of an attack. All 'roids are free to members of the Ares Alliance but please message me before coming as I may be out of 'roids. Please put 'AAAF request' as the subject-I will get back to you quicker.

No thanks. Roid farming is not one of the things we should be doing. I think it'd be best if you just close the farming account now. I know that I won't be using it, and I hope others in our alliance feel the same way.

It is their pigheaded and baseless philosophy: "If it isn't me, then it's opinions, feelings, and life do not matter, and it was meant to serve me." They also have this ability for creating excuses that are pointless, but they get others to believe it. A few examples: "It's only some savages. It's only five acres of rain forest. It's only one semi-truck. It's only fifty gallons of toxic waste..." After this realization, I marvelled at how humans, and the rest of the planet, have survived for so very long."

Why? this means people with high scores and tech have the resources to exploit it and people with low tech gain the resources to increase their tech.

But people with high scores, with Planetarion's new update, will score very few asteroids compared to people with low scores.

So, if I was in your alliance, and if I wanted roids, it'd be cheaper for me to purchase roid scans. To me, they're cheaper than the cost of wasted astropods. (especially since I need metal to initiate them)

Instead, try this plan. Its worked for me for almost 2 months now:

Rebuild, but make sure you have at most a 1:15,000 (roids:score) ratio. This way, you'll have ample protection for all of your roids and you won't be a likely target.

Because it's cheating, and cheating is for losers that can't win or enjoy themselves without cheating. I'd rather lose honestly than win by cheating. If you really want roids so badly, go raid some weak people. But roid farming is stupid.

Okay I will close down the 'roid farm but I dont think its cheating. Its a calculated risk. While you have many friends you cant have any defence fleet so you can easily be attacked.

For the record the Rossu AAAF is closed down.
