If you have an image but no way of putting it on the internet, email it to me and I'll put it up (and give you the link so you can post it yourself).

I have ripple bondi, one of the OS 8.6 backgrounds for the background, my hard drive is in the upper right, with the trash just to the left. To the left of that is my games folder (filled with other folders which are filled with games), to the left of that is my junk folder (where I keep random junk), and then my EVO Plugs folder, then Netscape with Internet Explorer below it (sometimes yahoo mail disagrees with netscape), and scattered throughout the rest of the desktop is some boring stuff I never use.
By the way, how did you get the idea to talk about our desktops? I'd have never thought of that. Were you extremely bored or something?

MICROSOFT WORD?!? Bad Slug!
I don't use it. It came with the computer, along with some...other neat stuff (on the desktop)

There was something like this on the EV B&B a while back

I have a plan so ingenius even an idiot could have devised it. On my command, we will line up our ships and fly straight into the enemy death-cannons clogging them with wreckage.

It has a piture in the background that's usually rotated. Right now I'm on the Salrilian Ares desktop picture (my resolution is 1152x870, so it's kinda pixelated).
On the right side in order from top to bottom is:
"Macintosh HD",
"Unreal Tournament" (CD, and the reason I forgot to beta test Hera (sorry Andrew)),
"Browser Caches" (a disk image),
"ResEdit 2.1.3" (alias),
"Enternet 100 alias" (my VPN/DSL program),
"QuickTime Player" (alias),
"Sherlock 2" (alias),
"Stuffit Expander™" (another alias), and
"Trash".

Grrrrr. You are all losers with your brand new G3's. Especially Slug Mr. I have a new Powerbook G3 and everone else doesn't *laughs in everyones face*
DAMN! Darkk, you have one GARGANTUAN hard drive.
Alas, I am on a PowerBook 520c. It can (barely) run Ares and EV, and crashes on my new favorite game, Cythera, but I love it all the same.

The game or the powerbook?
Geesh, I didn't notice the massive hard drive space you have Darkk, now I'm jealous. I could use an extra 4+ gigabytes....

Here's mine. The color on my monitor died a while back so I switched it to B&W. It would be almost as anticlimactic anyway even if I did have full color capacity.

Cythera. The Powerbook is near rock-solid.
I wouldn't recommend playing it until you get color back Sargatanus. There are a few parts when you need to know what is green, what is blue, and what is red.

Here's something I wonder if anyone can top: 299 items in my hard drive (the folder, not total), and 1000+ e-mails in the In Box.
Yep, my dad can top the e-mail. He has about 15,427 e-mails on his computer, about 8,764 of those in one folder.
