Frankly I don't believe she was playing that instrument, or at least, the music we were hearing was actually coming from her instrument. This was the equivalent of lip-synching. I saw no evidence of there being any other performers present, in fact the way the lighting was set up I'm pretty sure she was completely alone with the cameraman, yet there was clearly other instruments being played in the soundtrack.
And what's with the random extra guitars in the background? I watched the whole thing hoping she'd do some wanton destruction of property, smashing them over the amp, or maybe light some of them on fire. I was rather let down.
All in all, this is a very disappointing topic.

WELL WELL WELL I DIDNT KNOW 'MERZACK' RHYMED WITH 'NEGATIVE NANCY'.
Also, Im assuming shes playing alongside a recorded band. It makes sense because Thats what my cousin used to do during his guitar exhibitions. Shes the guitarist for a Visual Kei band called Jikuu Kaizoku Seven Seas, so she can probably hold her own in a shredfest*. Wait a minute, why am I providing any justification for this?
Frankly mrxak, if you were a topic, I would think that John Romero was finally releasing a sequel to Daikatana and I would be very disappointed.
*I deeply regret using that word.

Mostly because I agreed with you on that one. Though as opposed to a flurry of destruction, I was hoping for her to switch guitars in the midst of the song to achieve different sonic effects. Or play two of them at once! That'd have been cool as s###.

Yeah, I'll agree with you there. Playing two of them at once, or any sort of creative switching mid-song would have been more entertaining than random zoom-ins and such while she just stood there not really doing much besides playing. More musicians should have a second instrument strapped to their back they can switch to in a blur of speed.

What if you had a miniature grand piano connected to a guitar? Like a key-tar, but way more serious. If I had one of those, I'd get all the ladies. I would call it the Magnum Opus.
