While I've probably said A-OK at some point, I don't make a habit of it. If I were to say something in old-timey speak like that, I'd probably use something more like "hunky-dorey."
I too use "no worries" a lot, and have been known to throw a "crikey" into my speak in lieu of one of my more standard "great heavens" or "s###, man."
Man, I'm feeling down. My dog died. --> s###, man; sorry about that./Crikey; sorry about that, man.
The end of the world is nigh! --> Great heavens!/Crikey!
I also substitute "cheers" for "congratulations," and "bueno" for any variety of valediction.

I say "no worries," although it's usually an Aussie slang.
So do I. I'm not sure where I picked it up, but I like it.
INTELLECT: By convention there is sweetness, by convention bitterness, by convention color, in reality only atoms and the void.
SENSES: Foolish intellect! Do you seek to overthrow us, while it is from us that you take your evidence?
